Lifespace Communities would like to introduce the opportunity to become a Resident Services Lead at Harbour's Edge in Delray Beach, Florida. The schedule is Sunday -Thursday, 11:00am- 7:30pm.

The Resident Services Lead provides leadership through planning, organizing, directing and coordinating human and physical resources meeting resident satisfaction levels and regulatory requirements while remaining within budgetary controls.  This role is responsible for demonstrating a commitment to customer service through resident focused initiatives that support the mission of the community and Lifespace Communities.  

A few other details about the role:

  • Ensure resident satisfaction levels are achieved through quality and hospitality service focused initiatives and systems.
  • Monitor preventative maintenance programs for all community related equipment, systems, programs and other department equipment.
  • Assist with resident home, health center and interior / exterior renovation projects.
  • Assist with community security, emergency preparedness, life safety, fire and safety, and other required procedures; ensure procedures are communicated and residents and team members receive training on procedures, conduct periodic drills and implement correction action as required, maintain implementation and monitoring records as required.
  • Assist in hiring, performance management and corrective action for the department.
  • Practice exemplary public relations and customer service with all contacts, to enhance the positive image of Lifespace and its communities.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Obtain knowledge and demonstrate the principles of Living Lifespace , person directed care and successful aging philosophies and their inherent core values of commitment, respect, compassion, dedication, team work and quality. Team member will support, actively participate and act in accordance with the principles of the Living Lifespace service culture and be familiar with and fluent in the language and service pillars of Living Lifespace.

 And here’s what you need to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years applicable experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification and licensure required by state regulations.
  • A state issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
  • Customer service experience required. A willingness to learn is needed.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
  • Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft office software and other office equipment.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Ability to teach, motivate, assign and track tasks of others.
