Lifespace Communities would like to introduce the opportunity to become an HRIS Senior Analyst at our Home Office location in Addison, Texas. The HRIS Senior Analyst serves as an enabler of technology to implement WorkDay and ensure back end administration functions are working as expected. This position provides functional and technical expertise to Human Resource back end administrators regarding the WorkDay application, including but not limited to Workday’s ATS, CoreHCM, benefits, absence, time & attendance, Payroll, LMS, & Reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs and configures in WorkDay’s ATS, CoreHCM, Benefits, Absence, Time & Attendance, Payroll, & LMS
- Be a part of the team that implements Workday and then maintains the system after go live
- Assist in report & dashboard development for the implementation and after go live
- Provide any and all testing support for any functional changes in the Workday system
- Lead the bi-annual workday updates
- All other duties as needed or required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience in configuring in WorkDay’s ATS, CoreHCM, Benefits, Absence, Time & Attendance, Payroll, LMS, & Reporting
- Must have experience with creating calculated fields & condition rules in WorkDay
- Must have experience in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying changes in WorkDay
- Must have experience in building custom reports and dashboard in Workday
- A plus would be experience in building integrations both API and flat file feeds in WorkDay
- Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other Team Members
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other Team Members
- Multi-task and prioritize workload
- Work within the appropriate level of independence
- Function in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years WorkDay experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related WorkDay integration work experience
SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of WorkDay configuration in ATS, CoreHCM, Benefits, Absence, Time & Attendance, Payroll, & LMS
- Knowledge of building custom reports and dashboards in WorkDay
