The Project Manager will lead the successful completion of assigned projects, managing the planning and delivery of projects to meet approved scope, cost, schedule, and business objectives.

• Develop, oversee, and measure the project’s work effort on the following knowledge areas:
  • Project Integration management
  • Scope management (business objectives)
  • Schedule management (schedule and critical path)
  • Cost management
  • Quality management
  • Resource management
  • Communications management
  • Risk management
  • Procurement management
  • Stakeholder management.
• Demonstrate ability to deliver projects effectively with limited oversight, including:
  • Develop attainable project plans with key milestones
  • Understand and manage project interdependencies
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and if necessary, escalate issues and risks
  • Proactively identify and manage resource demand and conflict
  • Understand and communicate to project team how project priorities align to the organization’s strategy/objectives
  • Manage deliverables to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Manage projects with low to moderate levels of complexity.
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and timely communications; skilled at tailoring the message to the audience.
• Effectively and appropriately inform sponsors and stakeholders of project status, progress, risks, issues, and expected outcomes.
• Position may require significant travel at times  Travel up to 25% of the time.
• During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and work experience
• PMP or other PMI certification preferred
• Minimum of three years of progressive responsibility and success within project coordination and/or project management
